I heard back from Gammill today, and they are going to fabricate a new extended base plate for my machine based on the photos and measurements I gave them. So I will soon have one that fits...assuming my measurements were right lol.
There have been complaints about service and other issues on some of the lists. But I have to say, Whenever I have contacted Gammill with an issue, they have jumped on it and resolved it. So I guess my point is contact your machine company with issues....it's in their best interest to find a solution, and I'll bet they'll be happy to do it.

ReplyDeleteI hope your measurements were correct too! I was paranoid when I got my Circle Lord that it wouldn't fit but Michael had a fudge factor built in and it was fine.
